The boys went to our sweet friend Sophie's 4th birthday party at Bliss cupcake. They got to decorate their very own cupcake, and got the cutest aprons ever. Later that evening we went down to our friend Uncle Mike's house and walked over to watch these crazy birds fly into a chimney. I guess they do this every year for the whole month of september.... there were hundreds of birds. Not only were there hundreds of birds... but there were hundreds of people who came out to watch. While all the parents ate and drank on their picnic blankets all the kids had pieces of cardboard and were sliding down this big hill.... weird I know! Only in Portland! After watching the birds we walked around 23rd and ate at Santa Fe' One of Dusty and my favorites (where we went on our first date)! We had some yummy ice cream to end our fun day!
